Job Description:
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering
2. 2 years experience (min) in similar positions
3. Familiar with Recruitment System (Sourcing, Assessment Tools, BEI, Scoring, Interpretations, LHPP)
4. Familiar with Training Systems (TNA, Training Plan, TEE)
5. Has the ability to arrange Man Power Plan that submits to the need of Organisation Structure
6. Has the ability to perform Workload Analysis
